Qigong and Standing Meditation

This is a 30 minute workout, blending 8 Brocades and Zham Zhuang ( Standing Meditation). it was 34° outside thanksgiving 2021 and the leaves were gently following throughout the practice. You can do this work out practically anywhere. It is designed to be calming and restorative.
