BaGua continues to be one of my favorite cover-all systems. What I mean is that within a single Bagua Practice, you can have completed mind-clearing and walking meditation (a must for me), your cardio (just brisk up the pace), balance and flexibility training.
This style of Chinese Martial Arts is my ‘go-to’ when I need to get alot of self-care done, in a short period of time. When it is time to train practical applications, Bagua is loaded with tactics and techniques to keep you safe.
